In the Beginning
Joe Italiano has run a successful plumbing business for 28 years. In the 90s he decided to specialise in water filtration. This came as a result of certain health concerns which bought to his attention the benefits of filtered water.
He has expanded his water filtration business over 11 years to include 2 showrooms and warehousing facilities.
Product Range
Pure Water on Tap sells a variety of water filtration systems ranging from a very basic bench top unit to reverse osmosis and water distillers.
Pure Water on Tap also caters for commercial customers offering filtration systems at competitive prices. Customers have a wide range of Australian made cartridges to choose from, and our trained staff are always happy to help them choose the right cartridge for their individual needs.

Niddrie Showroom
We take pride in selling our products because we know our customers are not only purchasing a product which is of good value and quality, but there is the added benefit of continuing service and technical support.
As a family business we all use the products we sell in our homes and strive to cater for the individual needs of all our customers. All customers are placed on our database and are reminded when they need to change their filters. They are also notified of specials, which may come up through the year. They have the option of coming direct to the shop, or using mail order if this is more convenient.
Locations
Pure Water on Tap currently occupies two showrooms. One just recently opened in Niddrie and the other outlet at Vermont.
Our trading hours are:
- 9:00am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday
- 9:00am to 12:00pm - Saturday.
